Since its founding in 1948 as the original hometown band for the Richmond-Rosenberg community, the Mighty Mustang Band maintains an impressive record for musical excellence in UIL and TMEA competitions. Over the years, the band has earned critical acclaim in music contests across Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Colorado, Georgia, Florida, and New York! Thousands of band alumni across the United States live in faithful testimony that Mustang Band Pride Never Dies!!
